We are currently recruiting a Marine Operations Superintendent to join our management team operating our fleet of vessels.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for monitoring the day to day operations and to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver effective safety management of our vessels. They will be expected to lead by example, working closely with crew and shore staff to monitor and enhance operational performance and minimise risks, together with assisting and coordinating crewing arrangements in accordance with the requirements of both company and client.  The successful candidate will report to the Fleet Superintendent and CEO. 

The position is based in Kilkeel Northern Ireland, the role requires occasional travel to attend on-board our vessels at various contract locations.

Ideally applicants should hold a marine qualification with preference given to holders of STCW II/2 CoC and have served as Master or Chief Officer or have previous experience as a Marine Operations Superintendent with small commercial vessels, workboat or guard vessels.  Applicants with suitable operational management experience may also be considered

Salary is dependent on experience and this is a full-time permanent position.
